This is a small firm and we like it that way. It's too small to hide in; too small to avoid doing the grunt work in; too small to be treated like a peon or, conversely, have someone that you can treat that way.

If you think about it, we spend more of our waking hours each day working with one another than we do playing Scrabble at home with our families. So, we want a harmonious, supportive, energizing work environment. Recently, like other Asheville firms, we have seen a slowdown in the number of projects coming our way.
